Brunch made by my mom: peanut butter and banana french
toast, a cheese and bell pepper omelette topped with avocados
and hot sauce, and a side of fresh raspberries.
Mom's seafood creation: muscles and shrimp in a tomato,
garlic, and white wine sauce with a side of garlic grits. If you've ever
had Puerto Rican Mofongo, this dish tastes very much like it!
Raspberry dessert crepe: mascarpone, raspberry, and whip
cream stuffed crepe with dried blueberries, fresh raspberries, chocolate
chip gelato, and raspberry syrup!
